Triple Display 4k dock has four video-out ports for flexibility: 2 DisplayPort ++, 1 HDMI 2.0, and 1 USB-C Alt Mode port which can be used in place of one DP++ port with a usb-c to hdmi/dp/vga/dvi cable or adapter; dock supports HBR2 (DP1.2) and HBR3 (DP1.3/1.4) laptops; see Kensington part #K33021WW for a Displayport Cable (recommend DP 1.4)
A 30Hz/60Hz switch on the bottom of the dock provides the flexibility to prioritize screen resolution or port speeds
HBR3/DP1.3/1.4 laptops in 60Hz mode get triple 4k@60Hz, dual 4K@60Hz, or single 4k@60Hz, and will receive 100Mbps ethernet and 480Mpbs USB transfer speeds; In 30Hz mode, HBR3/DP1.3/1.4 laptops get triple 4k@30Hz, dual 4k@60Hz, or single 4K@60Hz, and will receive 1000Mbps ethernet and 10Gbps USB transfer speeds
HBR2/DP1.2 laptops In 60Hz mode get triple 1920x1080@60Hz, dual 4k @30Hz, or single 4k@60Hz, and will receive 100Mbps ethernet and 480Mpbs USB transfer speeds; In 30Hz mode, HBR2/DP1.2 laptops get triple 1600x900@30Hz, dual 1920x1080@60Hz, or single 4k@30Hz, and will receive 1000Mbps ethernet and 10Gbps USB transfer speeds
