Enermax is readying two new fans in its Twister lineup, high RPM TwisterStorm and pressure-optimized TwisterPressure. Both fans come in 120 x 120 x 25 mm format and have 3 performance modes. As usual, fans use Enermax's patented Twister bearing for long life even at 85℃ temperatures.
TwisterStorm (UCTS12A) has three APS (Adjustable Peak Speed) control modes: Performance, Overclock and Turbo. At these modes fan spins at 1500, 2500 and 3500 RPM, respectively. Airflow is reported as 118.13, 188.66, 255.31 m3/h, depending on fan mode, while noise level is rated at 23, 30 and 38 dBA.
TwisterPressure (UCTP12P) is a more silent PWM fan that has Ultra Silent, Silent and Performance modes. Fan spins at 500 ~ 1200, 500 ~ 1500, 500 ~ 1800 RPM, depending on speed mode, while making airflow of 40.45 ~ 94.50, 40.45 ~ 118.13, 40.45 ~ 135.85 m3/h and noise of 14 ~ 21, 14 ~ 23, 14 ~ 25 dBA.
Both TwisterStorm and TwisterPressure fans feature Twister bearing, detachable blades for easy cleaning and antivibrational mounts for noise reduction. Fans have a MTBF rating of 160000 hours. Power is provided through 3-pin power connector, 4-pin power adapter is included in the bundle.
