Chieftec announced Giga Series DF-02B-U3 entry-level mid-tower case featuring elegant and simple design.
Case is made of 0.6 mm SECC steel, measures at 487mm x 200mm x 430mm and weighs 7.35 kg. ATX and micro-ATX motherboards are supported. External bays include four 5.25" and one 3.5" while internal bays include five 3.5". There are some holes and anchors on the motherboard tray for cable management, as well as a large cut out to ease up processor aftermarket cooler backplate installation. Graphics card of up to 270 mm length and CPU cooler of 155 mm height can be installed.
Case comes without any fans, but up to five 120 mm fans can be installed. One in the front, one in the bottom, one in the rear, two at the top and two more on the side panel. Front fan air intake is covered with dust filter. However, bottom and PSU intakes are not. External drive and front fan covers are meshed. Front panel connectivity includes two USB 3.0 ports and audio input/output jacks.
Price is set at around 50 EUR.
