NVIDIA's partner EVGA released a short video teaser of ACX (Active Cooling Xtreme) video card cooling solution. It's most likely to be used on upcoming GeForce 700 series video cards.
ACX cooler has dual fans and seems to be of dual slot height, covered with black shroud with some gold touches. Not much can be said about the actual heatsink, but it seems to be composed of couple regular fin arrays connected with copper heatpipes
