Starting at 3.7 GHz, Neptwin takes second place, falling behind Scythe Ashura by less than 1°C. Reduced fan speed makes an impact of 3.5°C, which isn't that bad.
Moving up, at 4.2 GHz Neptwin takes first places leading by 1°C. Running at low speed it manages to outperform Ice Blade Pro V2.0 running at high speed.
Finally, with i5 2500K running at 4.5 GHz, Deepcool Neptwin goes along with Scythe Ashura. At low speed it once again remains coolest.
Overall, Deepcool Neptwin shows exceptional cooling performance for the price. Now let's if it's noisy.
