PCMark 7
Futuremark is a well known company amongst enthusiasts and power users. They started developing benchmarks in 1997. Unlike the gaming-oriented 3DMark, PCMark measures performance of all computer parts, including storage subsystem. We run PCMark 7's Storage suite, which simulates day-to-day storage usage.
