Installation
Gammaxx S40's installation on an LGA 1150/1156/1155 system is a breeze. Push-pin mounting system used on this cooler is very similar to that of stock Intel coolers. All it takes is to use four screws to screw holding brackets on. Then align pins with mounting holes on the motherboard, push down and lock in place by rotating handles.
Fan uses simple steel clip mounting. Second fan can be installed as well, atlthough clips are not included. With fan installed, Gammaxx S40 gets pretty close to first RAM slot, but standard height memory module fits without issues. DIMMs with larger heatsinks may not fit properly.
