Deepcool Gammaxx S40 proved to be efficient enough for moderate overclock, which is a great achievement for a cooler of its price and size. It is fairly quiet and extremely easy to install. Deepcool, despite cooler's low price, haven't compromised quality and added nickel plating to the whole heatsink, which is something seen only on high end CPU coolers. No compromises made on functionality as well - all Intel and AMD sockets are supported, even LGA2011. 143 mm height means that the cooler will fit in more compact cases.
Overall, Deepcool Gammaxx S40 is a great choice for those looking for a cheap and compact, yet effective cooler suitable for some overclocking.
